Mia Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join a growing team of Salesforce professionals. The team is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer will play a vital role as we continue to invest and build more of our company’s operations onto the Salesforce platform.

As a member of the IT Salesforce team, the Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for supporting key internal processes. This role will support the VP of CRM and the Sr Salesforce Developer, building and supporting key processes within the platform.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Documents company processes and workflows
- Maintains process documentation and field maps
- Manages system changes without interruption to the user as directed by the VP of CRM/Sr Salesforce Developer
- Declarative Salesforce setup components and configuration, including flows, validations, approval rules, permissions, etc. Working experience with flows is required.
- Working knowledge of Apex Classes and Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components, test class coverage and the Salesforce API.
- Participate and at time lead the review, analysis, and development of solutions for highly critical business systems, which may have impacts across multiple business areas.
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce, FinancialForce, and IT-related features and functionality; provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Follow through on projects/support solutions, working directly with end users, project stakeholders and leadership
- Daily support of our FinancialForce implementation
- Assist Salesforce Administrators with QA, reports/dashboards, bug fixes, etc as needed
- Assist and at times lead project intake, including documentation and solution write up

- **Education and Experience**:_
- 5+ years' experience working in a large, fast paced environment.
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related work experience
- Comfort working remotely and managing several simultaneous project timelines
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests with a professional and courteous attitude
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology a plus
- Pardot/FinancialForce/Experience Cloud experience a plus
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering multiple phone calls per day
