Scheduler (Healthcare)

**Position**: Bilingual Medical Receptionist / Patient Services Coordinator
**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco (you must currently live in the city)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST
**Work Model**: Hybrid (on-site training required before transitioning to hybrid, after training we need to go to the office 2 days per month)

**Requirements**:

- English level B2 or higher (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Experience in medical offices or clinical settings
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong service orientation

Pay: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
