**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Technical Degree Preferred)required, MBA preferred.
- Experience Necessary:
- Minimum 7 years in project management experience in capital equipment industry, plant management, general management or quality management. Some sales and/or some finance experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success with project management processes and procedures including project planning and risk management.
- Must be able to read and interpret customer documentation and purchase orders, providing guidance to sites on the same.
- Considered the expert within Bodycote and capable of discussions both inside and outside of Bodycote.
- Must have strong computer knowledge, and Excel kills. Computer programs required include: Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SalesForce.
- Must have strong data interpretation skills and the ability to read tables, charts, graphs, and other data schema to implement data-driven solutions.
- Must be able to multi-task, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish, orally and in writing.
- Must be able to deal professionally over the phone and in person with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, people management, or consulting preferred.
- Customer-oriented travel may be required - approximately 25%.
- Must be able to maintain professional disposition in front of customers and other stakeholders.
