We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of** Infra Data Centres**

Infra Data Centres and Ops (Specialist and/or Team leader) is responsible for maintain, support and automate DevOps toolset available for the Development community. Is also in charge for implementing new solutions and manage the existing tools, integrations and automations. Proficiency in English is a necessary skill as there is necessary a close collaboration with peers and stakeholders from around the world.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Provide support to DevOps tools, in Mainframe platform or any platform available locally or within the bank that provide services to Application teams (Development).
- Endevor administration activities as well as global tools integrated within the current Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.
- Support (Level 1, 2 or 3) during weekdays and weekends (always based on a schedule and shared with team members - when available) will be required. Remote _on demand_ support will be provided in close-of-business hours.
- Design, develop, test, document, and support of in-house solutions (new and existing) based in Endevor with COBOL and REXX languages.
- Desirable knowledge in Testing (all stages), JCL, IWS, DB2, CICS and DevOps tooling (e.g. automated testing, code quality checking, scripting and orchestration)
- Local and Global support as part of a multi-national team in charge of services, full domain of English language is necessary to collaborate effectively and work considering multiple time zones at unsociable hours.
- Leading and supporting local, regional and global projects to enhance the products, such as automation and streamlining
- Customer liaison and incident handling
- Attending and contributing to local, regional, and global team and project meetings
Requirements

- Experience in an Infrastructure/Operations role.
- Educated to degree level or similar working experience, ideally within a Global Banking environment.
- Working knowledge of multiple DevOps Tooling technology areas i.e. Distributed, Mainframe, Tandem, Splunk, Cloud and how they meet business needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem solving / analytical skills
- Ability to form networks and influence at multiple levels of the organization (both up and down), across different cultures and countries
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a matrixed environment.
- Experience working within agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitor and market
- Ability to drive and deliver multiple, wide-ranging projects or deliverables, often under stringent time pressures in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in development of strategies, plans, procedures, risk assessment, business impact analysis in a complex multi-systems environment.
