Duties and Responsibilities:
- ERP governance for the Oracle ERP instances
- Lead weekly requirements meeting to review and disposition new ERP requests
- Lead requirements review process to have project teams explain their request to ERP SMEs
- Lead weekly toll gate call to explore the status of the request and review the detailed requirements pending SME approval
- Partner with Governance owner to execute and support SOX-compliant processes
- Train or guide project teams through the ERP governance processes/approvals
- Maintain training documents for the ERP governance process
- Review code migration requests to ensure compliance to process
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or country equivalent or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP development
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills required to include the ability to provide written and verbal instructions, and compile and present information clearly.
- Analytical and reasoning ability for solving problems and good judgment for complex decision-making.
- Ability to cooperate and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member.
- Quality orientation.
- Motivation to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
