**Goal**

The goal of the Business Analyst is to understand the business needs of the customer and design integrations to meet those needs. The BA will further coordinate with developers to ensure the final design is implemented to specification.

**Purpose**

The purpose of the position is to bridge the gap between the client and the integration development team ensuring the client’s needs are met in the delivered integration.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Here are some of the areas that the Business Analyst is responsible for:

- Discovering the business processes around which the integration(s) will be designed coordinated with CSM team members, clients and other related vendors.
- Documenting these processes and matching the specifications of the integrations to these processes.
- Coordinating with integration team developers so as to have the integration delivered on time and as desired by the client.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or project management positions
- Upper intermediate english
- Profieciente with Jira and Confluence
- Experienced with IT Projects with Agile Methodologies
- Familiarity with Retail POS, CRM, Sales Audit, Stock Audit, ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend retail system architecture is a plus.
