**Job Details**

Johnson Controls (JCI) partners with companies who perform work at a customer’s site.

These companies are known as Subcontractors. They must meet certain criteria to be able to work on JCI’s behalf.

The process to become a Subcontractor for JCI is called “onboarding”. As a team member of the Subcontractor Support Team, you will facilitate the “onboarding” process to ensure the subcontractor is a viable partner for JCI.
- Work directly with the Subcontractor to complete the onboarding process.
- Clearly communicate policies and procedures to the Subcontractor and all members of the Americas (US & Canada) organization (including and not limited to Sales, Service, Install, Legal, and others.)
- Manage and update supplier profiles in an interactive database
- Performance driven and measured by established metrics, procedures, and policies
- Self-lead and ability to work autonomously

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Desire to develop a career in the procurement industry
- **1 year of experience **in Customer Service, Purchasing or Procurement.
- **Proficient in English required**:

- Proficient in French desirable
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Commerce, Procurement/Supply Chain)
