As a Senior Software Engineer you will build highly scalable, high volume software solutions that combine custom microservices and data pipelines you develop with search analytics software such as Elasticsearch.

**Responsabilities**:

- Deploy, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot large scale search software implementations (products such as Elasticsearch).
- Review and improve coding standards regarding quality, privacy, accessibility, security, documentation, etc.
- Help design, implement and improve our services while revising and driving adoption of best practices
- Mentor and guide other engineers on our team and on other teams that we work with.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven professional experience using Java to deliver scalable services and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental engineering concepts, understanding good software architecture/design, algorithms, data structures, writing modular and testable code.
- Experience integrating the services you build with third party software products.
- Experience evaluating, recommending, implementing and managing third party software products.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience and understanding of AWS platform - Elasticsearch highly desirable.
