Job Title: Digital Implementation and Adoption Engineer

Division: Weir Minerals

Location: Mexico, Onsite, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversees global implementation and commissioning of Weir’s Synertrex solution.
- Coordinates projects for smooth digital solution implementation.
- Expert in resolving hardware faults in monitoring and optimization solutions.
- Drives global adoption of digital solutions and manages customer service standards.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics or automation field. Higher qualification is desirable.
- Proven experience in similar capacity
- Manages IIoT integration from on-premises gateway, DCS to the cloud.
- Experienced in configuring systems (embedded + wireless + networking + SCADA + IIoT + ADC).
- Skilled in network configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Direct experience with Studio 5000, TIA Portal, and TwinCAT for testing and commissioning industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of data architecture, modelling, mapping, analysis, and visualisation.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, individually or within a team.
- Capable of providing strong customer service and exercising diplomacy.
