- Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments including accounting, operations, administration, and sales to gather and interpret financial information and provide recommendations to management.
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial statements.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software like SAP.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Willingness to regularly travel to the US headquarters.
