**What you’ll do?**
- Develop robust and scalable reference architecture and technical security designs (“blueprints” and requirements) for public and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards) that can be used to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations.
- Act as a technical lead in the implementation and configuration of cloud security solutions, including identity and access management, encryption, security monitoring tools and incident response, among others.
- Lead the design and incorporation of the principles of segmentation, micro-segmentation and “zero trust” in cloud infrastructure, ensuring its integration with existing systems and processes.
- Define security elements in containers (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker).
- Design and promote secure practices for automation and orchestration tools (e.g. Terraform).
- Collaborate with project teams, development, IT, and other areas and business units to ensure cloud security solutions meet organizational needs.
- Perform technical risk assessments and gap analysis in cloud security controls and architectures.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 6-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3-4 years in a cloud security architecture, design and implementation role.
- In design and implementation of secure cloud architectures.
- In implementation and management of networks, firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, identity and access management (IAM), IDS/IPS and security information and event management (SIEM) in cloud environments, security in APIs and containers.
- Reporting findings and action plans, both for reporting with technical forums and executive forums.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise architecture, as well as hands-on experience deploying and configuring cloud security tools.
- Knowledge designing and reviewing cloud/network/infra architectures that support networks, e.g. balancers, containers, microservices, etc.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, WAF, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IPS), VPNs, network monitoring, encryption, etc.
