Meraki Talent are in partnership with a well-established multi-asset brokerage who are seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead the expansion and operations of their Business Development Department in Mexico.
**The Role**
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a robust business strategy aimed at increasing the company’s market share in Mexico.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and customer support functions.
- Business Development: Source and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and institutional clients.
- Financial Management: Oversee the country’s profit and loss performance, ensuring financial goals are achieved and resources are optimized.
- Market Intelligence: Analyse market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to guide strategy and identify growth avenues.
