Como **Automation Lead** deberas configurar e implementar el CRM/CS, dar mantenimiento a herramientas operativas, con el objetivo de brindar la mejor experiência al cliente.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Configuración de CRM
- Mantenimiento a CRM
- Automatizaciones e integraciones a las plataformas para el correcto funcionamiento de las plataformas tales como:
a.Zendesk
b.FreshDesk
c. JIRA
d. PlayVox
e. TalkDesk
- Mantenimiento de conexiones como API, y Webhooks.
- Uso de datos para mejora en de experiência en servicio de largo, mediano y corto plazo acorde con los objetivos del equipo de Customer Service y las prioridades de la empresa..
- Documentar procesos e integraciones.

**¿Quién eres?**
- **2+ años en puesto similar**:

- Experiência en configuración y customización de herramientas en CS.
- Conocimientos en gestión de datos, análitica y visualización.
- Conocimiento básico en HTML, JavaScript
- Preferiblemente experiência en el trabajo en una organización FINTECH
- Experiência en Project Management
- **Conocimiento de Inglés Intermedio**:

- Proactivo enfocado en resultados; pensamiento estratégico
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Organizado y puntual con la entrega de los proyectos
- Habilidades sólidas de pensamiento crítico, resolución de problemas y planificación
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Capacidad para analizar datos y hacer recomendaciones
- Capacidad analítica
