**This position consists of an array of duties, such as**:

- Windows and Linux server management.
- Active Directory and Exchange server management.
- VMware ESXi and vCenter deployments and management.
- Cisco router and switch deployments, configurations and maintenance.
- Cisco Unified Communications and Unity Connection deployments, configurations and maintenance.
- Windows 8, 10
- Windows Server installation and configurations.
- Level 1 to 3 support of network equipment, workstations, servers, printer and other peripherals.
- Working with and assisting IT departments at customer sites.
- Working under the supervision of the IT Support Manager and with other team members.

**In order to be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements**:
Minimum of FIVE (5) years’ experience in implementing, supporting and managing the following:

- Windows Windows 8 and 10, Windows 2012 Server, Windows 2016/19 Server.
- VMware Server ESXi and vCenter and any other VMware products.
- Cisco router and switch configuration, Cisco Callmanager, Unified Communications and Unity Connection.
- Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora
- VoIP phone systems
- Firewall and router configurations
- Managing Windows domain environments through group policy management and Active Directory.

Applicant must also meet the following requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Technical training and education in networking and computer support fields.
- Good understanding of PC hardware and software.
- Strong skills in prioritizing tasks and managing time.
- Ability to quickly analyze a problem, develop and implement a solution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with end users.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in **English & Spanish.**
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
- **Visa to travel to USA**

**CERTIFICATIONS**:

- Must have at A+ or Net+ certification.
- Microsoft IT certification is a plus but not required.
- Any other certification are a plus, please note all your certifications.
- Associate's Degree or pursuing a degree is required.
