IT Support Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- **System Maintenance and Administration**:

- Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals for new hires or organizational changes.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems like Active Directory, Office 365, or other enterprise tools.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Development, or ERP support) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for troubleshooting and support.
- **Proactive Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving system performance and employee workflows.
- Conduct training sessions or create tutorials to help users become more proficient with IT tools.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- English Advanced
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating systems like Windows, macOS, or Linux.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools.
