Lead Financial Analyst

We are seeking a talented **Lead Financial Analyst**to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee financial operations and drive improvements in business processes through strategic planning and optimization efforts. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure financial accuracy, maintain compliance, and support the successful execution of key organizational initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the efficiency of financial systems and processes in alignment with company standards
- Identify and implement improvements in workflows to enhance overall business efficiency
- Manage complex projects and tasks assigned by the Business Unit head
- Supervise daily financial operations, addressing issues and ensuring seamless execution
- Establish and refine processes to meet business objectives while maintaining compliance with policies
- Analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue forecasts and actual results, to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with HR, BPS, and FP&A teams to align operational activities with business goals
- Oversee legal tracking, resolve delays in SOW/MSA processes, and manage legal approval workflows
- Lead the deal approval process to ensure accurate and timely execution
- Work with management on account planning and facilitate quarterly performance reviews
- Drive the quarterly BU QBR agenda to align with organizational strategies and priorities
- Assist in onboarding new Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition and integration

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline with a strong foundation in financial principles
- At least 5 years of experience in roles related to finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics
- Minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role managing teams or projects
- Advanced project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data to support decision-making processes
- Expertise in Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting purposes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly
- Proven capability to handle escalations and resolve financial or operational challenges efficiently
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Experience working with advanced financial tools or enterprise software for reporting and analytics
- Understanding of best practices in financial operations and industry-specific compliance standards
