We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**_ “Business Analyst”._**
- Engages across HSBC to drive, deliver and support sustainable growth in revenue and market share in line with HSBC’s strategy.

- Architects complex, large-scale change solutions, specifying all elements of the change journey and audience impacts.
- Optimizes the use
of global solutions in delivering business requirements to consolidate and support the deployment of the global business model.
- Ensures the analysis and interpretation of comprehensive information in order to provide
commercially viable and sustainable solutions.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships. Uses relationship management skills/tools to responsibly
influence decisions and stakeholder advocacy.

**_Principal responsibilities_**
- Evidence of compliance organized and centrally located for easy accessibility for stakeholders.
- Cyclical quality assurance program ensuring continuous compliance evidenced on an annual basis.
- Collaboration. Builds rapport and mutual understanding to communicate and create opportunities for cross-business and/or international working, encouraging debate and open
- discussion.
- Creates and promotes opportunities for networking, bringing influential people together, adopting successful practices and ideas wherever they come from.
- Provide Business/Functional leadership across all business areas spanning all entities.
- Actively seeks input from others
- encourages and listens to different viewpoints and perspectives
- Uses networks inside and outside the business to provide support in delivering goals

Requirements

**_Qualification_**
- Adherence to the universal PCI Data Security Standards.
- Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels for mutually positive outcomes
- Anticipates risks/ issues/dependencies that are not easily evident Ensure business and operational risks are
appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.
- Scale of Programs - Business Analyst will support Programs of large scale that comprises of multiple small programs
- Complexity of Programs - Business Analyst will support Programs of medium to high complexity
- Proven experience in working with matrix reporting teams across different time zones
- Proven experience in driving programs through Agile and scrum methods
- Outstanding project and program management experience which include communications capabilities, decision making and problem solving skills, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in working with business and IT teams at all stages of a project lifecycle
- Outcomes - a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes
- Experience in Agile principles adoption or other best in class development practices
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Experience in analysis of operational data to support business decisions and proven process management experience - inclusive of process design and system optimization
- Experience with risk management and investigation, consulting and strategic judgement, and business process assessment
