Monthly, dealers of Lincoln and PRCCA networks deliver their Financial Statements. The purpose of this is to consolidate information by region and knowing how the dealers are performing regarding profitability: whether they are having income from the business. The goal is to have an overall healthy network, which means all dealers have good profitability and none of the dealers have a negative Profit Before Taxes.

That’s the reason why, after consolidating information, it is analyzed in order to identify potential threats, have an explanation to why the profitability is growing or reducing, and give recommendations to dealers and to the people in Ford that are in charge of Lincoln and PRCCA.

The goal Dealer Business Plan is to forecast the next year in terms of volume and market share. The position is in charge completely the process, from inquiring with the rest of the skill teams what KPIs are going to be in the Business Plan to the sending of the Plan to each dealer. This process involves contact with many people but also a necessity of numeric sensibility for the model.
