**More about the role**:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a **DIGITAL SITE LEAD** in **Monterrey - Apodaca** with Signify.
- Responsible for the overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity and availability of the IT / OT services within their scope:

- Acts as a bridge between local and global, global projects, rollouts & adaptive change requests. Ensure global, regional or local projects are smoothly deployed or executed in their scope.
- Facilitate contact points for all supporting activities for vendors to perform the services (MOSA: Mobiles, ordering, approvals, stock, Assets).
- Driving and maximizing compliance to policies & procedures for their scope and sites.
- Ensure the security of the local IT and OT infrastructure (network). This includes actively working with global IT, local OT team and Facilities to protect against potential threats. Resulting in, active “eyes on the ground” on local security risks.
- Execute regular sanity checks on CMDB (corresponding to their sites) and bring any finding to CMDB owner to take proper actions.
- Be the local DigITal ambassador:

- Be the Go-To person for local management and users in case of IT and OT questions and issues that need follow up.
- Funnels demand towards the respective Product Owner.
- Ensuring that Service Owners have a clear understanding of the operations and processes of the site(s).
- Ensure DigITal users know the right path to enable operational efficiency.
- Ensure the standard Digital processes (e.g. support, issue resolution and escalation) are followed.
- Responsible to leverage optimal use of IT infrastructure and solutions by end-user.
- Provide regular training sessions on global Digital solutions.
- Represent the local business and DigITal users towards internal Digital services:

- Provide insight in impact that global initiatives have on local business.
- Identify problems & channel towards the relevant Service Owner. Support the problem analysis.
- Collaborate with the respective Service Owner(s) on continuous service improvement, flagging improvement opportunities (including service & process improvement, automation,).
- Proactively monitors local customer satisfaction, engages with the Service Owner(s) on the root cause and improvements.
- Monitor all IT incidents & requests escalated by users in the local domain. Work with the respective Service Owners and collaborate with the partners to ensure proper follow-up.
- Manage local OT costs: create POs, make accruals, monthly reviews on invoices for local area with local Finance controllers.

- Having a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Science, MBA in: Business Engineering, -Administration or Business Information Management.
- 4+ years in a business oriented service organization, understanding of business processes and how services enable creating and sustaining business value.
- 4+ years in an IT environment in the area of infrastructure & technology.
- Foundational level of ITIL, understanding of LEAN methodologies are a plus.
- Self-starter, solid organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Open, curious and innovative mindset.
