We're Hiring: Cost Supervisor

Are you an experienced cost management professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Cost Supervisor to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consolidate operational data and generate analytical reports with improvement recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze company operations and financial data to optimize cost structures.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of budgets, analyzing variances.
- Prepare periodic management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive cost reduction projects, and verify cost-saving calculations from different departments.
- Participate in financial control activities to ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Support internal audits and financial compliance processes.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, cost management, or operational analysis. Preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, cost accounting, financial analysis, and budget management.
- Tools: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel functions.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication abilities, independence, and attention to detail.
