**Graphic Designer**

A company established in Guadalajara is looking for graphic designers with at least 3 years of experience Creating content for companies, editing videos for social media, creating audio-visual material for social media, and designing new ideas to boost the number of leads and viewers.

**Requirements**:
3-5 years of experience working as a graphic design or production artist
- BA or AA in Graphic Arts or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form.
- A broad portfolio of direct design work demonstrating design expertise across a range of platforms, channels and content formats with a focus on digital, though print experience is helpful
- Experience creating and testing in-platform content on social media such as reels and gif animations across a diverse range of device types
- Desire to learn new skills, innovate through design and bring ideas to life in new ways that we may not currently be using
- Familiarity with format and size requirements for popular social sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Advanced skills in photo-retouching are a plus
- Creativity, vision, and big ideas, a good storyteller
- Analytical and insightful attention to detail
- Fluent English, verbal and writing

- Self-Motivated
