Are you passionate about education and supporting learners to achieve their goals? Our client, a leading training provider, is looking for a Tutor & Learner Support professional to join their team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a growing and supportive organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
- Encourage learner engagement, critical thinking and participation.
- Assist with marking, assessments and learner feedback.
- Collaborate with tutors to plan and deliver sessions.
- Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Matrix standards.
**What We re Looking For**:
- Level 3 qualification or relevant professional experience (telecommunications or related field).
- Maths & English at Level 2 or above.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of inclusive learning practices.
- A proactive, learner-focused approach.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience with e-Portfolio systems (OneFile preferred).
- IAG Level 2 qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience with Ofsted inspections.
- Commitment to CPD and professional growth.
