TCS is looking for **Network Engineer**

Work Location: Querétaro, Guadalajara, CDMX, or Monterrey (at any of these cities)

Work modality: hybrid (attending to office at least 2 day per week)

Job summary:

- Advanced English at a conversation level
- Job Description:

- Responsible for providing WAN/LAN network administration, enterprise wireless, cloud administration, SD WAN administration and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration.
- Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
- Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
- Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets.
- Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure.
- Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
- Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
- Help level 1/2 resources to address the Network related issues.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
- Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) required.
- Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, etc.) desirable.
- Certificates within the network/security domain (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, etc.) are desirable.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
