**JOB PURPOSE**:
Your role is to galvanize the organization, including those in headquarters, our factories and logistics operations as well as in our partner ecosystems, to be vigilant about controls and always take proper action to protect our business. It is everyone's responsibility to drive stewardship, and you play a key role in elevating that message.

The role reports directly to the America’s Finance Senior Manager Controls and Compliance, providing visibility, assurance, and guidance on business risk management, internal & external audits and value protection.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead **local change management** of updates to documentation, processes, way of working as new internal standards or changes in the systems.
- Establish and maintain a strong **governance process** to ensure all company **policies and procedures** are updated.
- Be familiar with supply chain finance activities as they relate to controls to **provide direction when controls are being tested**.
- ** Monitor key performance indicators** (i.e.: Control Cockpit Dashboard) and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Closely working with manufacturing sites, logistic and SCFS to sustain a high control performance.
- Assist with internal **Financial Control Assessments**, Audits and other compliance driven requirements. Track audit findings, drive development of action plans, and follow up on remediation actions and issue closure.
- Support innovation and transition projects, **review the to-be process design** and perform control impact assessments.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
**EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Comprehensive understanding of various business functions and their interconnections.
- Expertise with SOX compliance, auditing processes, and risk management practices.
- Good experience in the design, control, and evaluation of business operations for effectiveness.
- Experience in managing a diverse and complex range of stakeholders, including peers and third parties, while ensuring accountability.
- Good skills in presenting and communicating effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Over 3 years of experience in finance, particularly in roles related to risk, controls & compliance.
