MEDVA, a Virtual Assistant company in the field of healthcare, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Virtual Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish) to join their team. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide virtual medical assistance to doctors, dentists, and other medical professionals, specifically catering to Spanish-speaking patients.
- Translate medical jargon, instructions, and documents from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Manage and update patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, handle reminders, and ensure smooth patient flow during virtual consultations.
- Assist in coordinating and managing telemedicine sessions for Spanish-speaking patients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries or concerns from patients.
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients to monitor their progress and answer any additional questions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A medical degree or any healthcare-related degree is highly desired but not required.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software, such as video conferencing platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and documentation.
