**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimally coordinate dealer complaint process and keep them trained on Comex product portfolio.
- Ensure the team's goals are met by empowering its members through strong communication strategies, continuous improvement initiatives.
- Efficiently attend, manage, and follow up on E-commerce sales.
- Attend in an efficient and timely manner to customers' service.
**Qualifications**
- A proven record as a customer service team lead, preferably from a call center or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or International Business.
- English Proficiency.
- Indispensable good command of Excel (macros desirable), Oracle and Microsoft software.
