**Your day to day**
- Support and facilitate the IT procurement management processes, including purchase order management, contract reviews and budget validation
- Route contracts for appropriate approvals ensuring Finance and Legal compliance with Poly processes and procedures
- During approval process, follow up with approvers and address questions
- Facilitate communications between stakeholders, IT partners, Legal, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Accounting
- Work with vendors to obtain invoices and provide payment status per request
- Assist with budget management and forecast
- Perform full Purchase Order cycle (submit change orders, enter receipts for accrual/payment validation purposes, close Purchase Orders)
- Perform ad hoc tasks per request.
**What you bring to the team**
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement
- Experience in the requisition and purchase order processes
- Experience working with Oracle IProcurement is a plus
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot and vlookup is a must)
- Strong English written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
