Process Development Engineer 4
Responsible for designing and developing processes to optimize process flow, reduce variability within the process, improve operating capabilities
**Education**:
BS Engineering Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field.
5 yrs Experience in Manufacturing Environment in same or similar role SMT.
Key Activities:
- Develop and document manufacturing process for electronic assemblies
Attend daily CFT meeting for project status
Procure PCBA tooling for existing and new process according customer requirements
Develop process documentation for new or existing PCBA such as PMAP, PFMEA, PM Guidelines
Monitoring and develop improvement plans to reach expected safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- SMT Experience 3+ yrs
- Experience on PCBA Eng process support for sustaining and NPI.
- Screen solder print and SMT reflow process development.
- PCBA tooling procurement for Front End (SMT) and Post (Router, Wave Solder, etc).
- Knowledge on IPC-610 PCBA Soldering standard criteria.
- Problem solving structured analysis and follow up continuous improvement plans.
- Good English spoken & written
- Knowledge on design for manufacturing standards for PCBA and PCB panelization
- Wave / selective / Robot programming process development
- Advance knowledge on CAD, Gerbers and BOMs
