**Account Specialist**

Join our team and work with us on our expansion project in Mexico, driving renewal and upsell opportunities.

**About the Role**:
In this opportunity as an Account Specialist, you will have the following resposibilities:

- Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer value realization.
- Commercial Execution: Prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation; manage inbound commercial inquiries; identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a primary contact for commercial and support-related inquiries; confirm renewal intent and clarify terms with customers.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions and strategic alignment.

**About You**
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

- 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or recurring revenue environments) and accounts portfolio management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms).
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
- Ability to build value propositions aligned with customer needs.

Key Metrics
- Renewal & Retention: % of contracts successfully renewed, and customers retained.
- Cross-Sales & Upsells: Revenue generated from low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Daily Activities
- Drive timely and accurate renewals through proactive customer communication and documentation.
- Handle inbound commercial requests and support pricing discussions.
- Collaborate across teams to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract terms.
- Maintain visibility into commercial performance through accurate forecasting and CRM updates.

Compensation
Base salary + variable commissions based on performance metrics.
