**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supply assurance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs and improve resilience.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, finance, and manufacturing.
- Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Promote digital transformation in sourcing operations.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for people who are Commodity Management & Sourcing. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Administrative fields (e.g., LNI, IMA, IIA).
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or quality.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BPCS).
- Intermediate conversational English (minimum).
- Strong data analysis, blueprint interpretation, and quotation review skills.
- Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).

It would be nice if you have: HVAC Knowledge:

- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in metal-mechanical, automotive, or assembly industries.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
