Coloplast is a leading international healthcare company that strives to make a difference to people with intimate healthcare needs. We are in an exciting moment with very interesting products launches in the next future and sustainable growth. The job As a Market Manager you will report to the Marketing Director for Spain. You will be in charge of developing, implementing and communicating the marketing strategy and plan, and subsequently ensuring a solid execution of the activity plan for a new group of products. Your tasks will be: - Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans. - Act as the primary point of contact for products, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain up-to-date marketing information and product knowledge. - Translate market dynamics, user demography, and information gathered from advisory boards and key opinion leaders into actionable insights. - Maintain and optimize relations with key opinion leaders and patient boards. - Work with customer groups to obtain feedback on current and next-generation products. - Implement international materials into local campaigns. - Continuously drive and stimulate sales of our products within the department, working closely with Territory Managers and health care professionals. Número de vacantes: 1 Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido (25%) Tipo de contrato: Indefinido " **Requisitos** Qualifications & Requirements We imagine that you: - Holds a master’s degree in marketing, business administration or health science. - Have 5+ years of marketing experience, knowledge or exposure to med-tech, medical device or similar industry. - Can demonstrate solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure a strong dialogue and cooperation. - Possess strong on - and off-line marketing competencies as well as business acumen. - Have an excellent command of the Spanish and English language. - Sales experience is an asset - You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. en Ciencias de la Salud Estudios mínimos Licenciado **Idiomas**: Inglés nível Alto. - Experiência mínima 5 años Disponibilidad para viajar El 20% del tiempo laboral
