- Supporting customer service agents on technical troubleshooting (at the office or chat)
- Develop training material based on most frequent scenarios and new products

**Requirements**:

- Automotive Engineer experience or formation
- Native or fluent English speakers
- Schedule availability from 7:30 to 17:00
- Work at site located downtown Monterrey (Barrio Antiguo)
