Este puesto está localizado en nuestro Campus de Manufactura de Clase Mundial en Querétaro, Mx. Trabaja en uno de nuestros cinco avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.

Position Summary

**Responsabilties**:

- Retrieve customer payments received from multiple US/MX banks.
- Process credit card transactions and follow up on unauthorized cards.
- Accurately balance 4 banks deposits received and cash applied across 5 ERPs ensuring intercompany GL accounts remain in balance.
- Manage intercompany cash/AR netting process between Mexico and US intercompany.
- Identify return funds, short-pays or discounts taken and request credit notes if applicable.
- Support the continuous improvement projects including assisting with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting preferred.
- Up to 1 year AR experience in manufacturing/distribution environment preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Functional knowledge of the accounts receivable processes in multi-ERP environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Problem solving skills.
- Highly organized and strong analytical skills with high attention to details
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Goal oriented.
