The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding the company needs from a business perspective, performing in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical requirements to provide detailed possible software solutions for the company.

- 3-5+ years of Software Business Analyst experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Actively participate in assisting the team resolving issues and escalate as needed.
- Proven experience gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for Software Development projects.
- Experience modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience identifying possible issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Experience in the creation of functional specifications and requirements for solutions.
- Experience working as a bridge for business and technical teams to understand each other and help them simply information to make it understandable by all parties.
- Experience estimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Experience supporting business transitions and helping to establish change.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in SCRUM projects.
- Coding experience with any programming language.
