CRM Consultant

Join our team as a **CRM Consultant**

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in sessions with customers and other team members to understand business rules and business process analysis.
- Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, implementers, integration and development managers, and QA teams.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree (Systems Engineering, Computing, Informatics / Industrial / Electronics, Administration or related)
- At least 1 year of CRM experience **(Salesforce, Base, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar etc)**:

- At least 1 year of experience in Consulting environment and IT implementations
- Advanced English (B2)
- Communication skills
- Buena Onda
- Self-learning and proactivity
**Desirable Skills**
- Knowledge Java, PHP, HTML5, CSS, Phonegap y AMPScript.
