As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Shift Leader to join our Production & manufacturing team.
Buscamos **Jefe de Turno** con experiência en el sector manufacturero, responsable de supervisar y coordinar las operaciones de producción, garantizando la **seguridad del personal**, el **cumplimiento de estándares de calidad**, la **eficiencia operativa** y el logro de los **objetivos de producción** en tiempo y costo.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Supervisar al personal operativo, asegurando el uso de EPP y el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.- Coordinar y ejecutar el programa de producción, optimizando recursos y reduciendo desperdicios.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de sistemas de calidad (ISO 9001, HACCP, BPM) y del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.- Capacitar y entrenar al personal, así como evaluar su desempeño.- Analizar y resolver problemas operativos y de maquinaria.- Controlar registros de producción, tiempos muertos y reportes en ERP.- Mantener orden, limpieza y mejora continua en el área productiva (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
**Requisitos**:
- Carrera técnica o licenciatura trunca/concluida (Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín).- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como Jefe de Turno o puesto similar.- Manejo de personal operativo.- Conocimiento en ERP (preferente Oracle) y mantenimiento básico.- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
