Descripcion de Puesto:
Asegurar que se cumpla la cadena de suministro desde la demanda del Cliente hasta la entrega del producto terminado.
- EDUCACION REQUERIDA:

- Ingeniería Industrial o Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas
- Nível de Inglés avanzado

EXPERIENCIA, CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y ACTITUDES:

- Experiência en puesto similar de 3 años
- ERP-MRP Systems, BPCS, SAP, AS400
- Administración de la Cadena de Suministros
- Logística Internacional
- Comunicación con el Cliente
- Gestión de proveedores
- Liderazgo y apoyo para todas las iniciativas de la planta y de la organización
- Sistemas de Calidad: ISO 9001 / TS16949
- 5'S
- Alto enfoque en la Seguridad.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Y AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO:

- Administra el servicio al Cliente
- Administra el programa maestro de producción
- Procura la materia prima
- Gestiona el almacén

- Envío del EDI
- Logro de la Satisfacción del Cliente
- Garantizar construcciones y arranques perfectos
- Entregas a tiempo
- Pronóstico de ventas
- Logro de cero retrasos
- Logro de mezcla y volumen
- Planificación a corto y largo plazo
- Capacidad de producción desde la perspectiva de la planificación
- Logro de los níveles de inventario en el diseño
- Nívelación de la planificación de la producción-demanda del Cliente
- Nívelación de inventario en el perfil de cobertura
- Gestión del proceso de escalación para evitar impactos en ECI
- Cumplimiento al proceso de recibo, almacenaje y envío
- Conservación del producto
- Precisión de los níveles de inventario con respecto a los objetivos establecidos.
