We are looking for a JR Accountant for the music industry.

Main responsibilities:

- Elaborate and coordinate payment and administrative reports.
- Interact (with), and supervise the information (from), suppliers and vendors, including general services. Get quotes and verify that make sense.
- Review invoices and suppliers documents.
- Interact with the different areas of ONErpm Mexico that request payments, always following the approved policies and procedures.
- Suggest improvements in the day to day administrative procedures and operations.
- Assist the Global Controller in several tasks and projects.

Requiriments:

- Ideal experience in accounting registrations and reports
- Basic Accounting/ financial, knowledge
- English advanced, capable to maintain conversations
- Experience registering invoices for payments
