**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The MBS SC Business Support Leader will be accountable for supporting the 7 PFNA Master Data L06 Business Support Analysts in the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management, Training Materials, Presentation Creation in support of the PFNA operations. This position will report to the MBS SC Business Support Manager. This role will be responsible to provide tactical execution of the Business Support operations. Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success. This role will also be responsible for creating efficiency of the operation and change plan execution

**Your Impact**

As **SC **Business Support **Leader** **your responsibilities would consist:

- Ensure delivery of SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guidelines
- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
- Resolve any escalated customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)
- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred

**Experience**
- English Fluency required - written and verbal
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team in a service-focused environment
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, other data reporting tools would be helpful
- Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively

- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
