**Requisitos**

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos y Tecnologías de Información o carrera afín.
  • De 2 a 4 años de experiência en roles de People Operations, HR Generalist o similares.
  • Experiência con sistemas de gestión de talento y nómina (deseable conocimiento en SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, entre otros).
  • Conocimiento en procesos de reclutamiento, compensaciones, beneficios y time & attendance.

- ** Inglés intermedio (indispensable).**

  • Deseable experiência en empresas con alto volumen de personal o sector retail.

**Responsabilidades**

  • Gestionar y dar soporte a procesos de People Operations (onboarding, administración de personal, beneficios, compensaciones y control de tiempo).
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora y automatización de procesos de RRHH.
  • Colaborar con áreas de TI para la implementación y actualización de sistemas relacionados con RRHH.
  • Elaborar y mantener documentación de procesos, políticas y manuales de usuario.
  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias y coordinar soluciones con proveedores externos.
  • Asegurar la correcta operación de herramientas digitales de reclutamiento, nómina y gestión de talento.
