**Job Description and Responsibilities**

**Primary Purpose**:
This position is responsible for transporting Integon employees and guests/visitors to and from international border crossing to office locations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time._
- Inspect vehicle daily ensuring cleanliness, proper operating condition and in compliance with all state and local laws.
- Punctual and safety focused driving to and from international border to NGIC office location, transporting executives.
- Help NGIC Executives to get migration permits and visas while crossing international border.
- Shipping, receiving and transport, either local or international, of persons or materials ordered by the different departments as requested.
- To deliver and or receive official paperwork from different government departments such as Secofi, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Customs, Migration, Social Security, Infonavit, Sar, Banks, etc.
- Ordering of vehicle gas cards.
- Manage and report expiration of insurance coverage, registration, etc.
- Support administrative activities in HR department when his schedule let it.
- Participate in the company's motivational and or recreational activities.

- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license. Must also meet and maintain NGIC driver’s eligibility requirements
- Must be able to work a varied schedule. Some night, weekend and on-call hours are required
- Bilingual 60%; ability to communicate orally.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, grasping and repetitive motion.
- American Visa and Sentri Card
- Discreet, honest, kind and respectful person, with excellent attitude

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per week
