This Position reports to:
Service Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales organization and customers to create, design, and develop value-added proposals for Service Projects (Motors and Drives). Your expertise, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders will be essential to the success of these projects.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Mexico.
**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
- Ensure the timely and accurate creation of Service Agreements through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Integrate the full Service Portfolio into value-added proposals.
- Manage all aspects of the agreement process, including technical, financial, legal, product management, and risk assessments.
- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Analyze and report on Service Agreement outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased success.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience with service or maintenance agreements, including technical-commercial proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
- Solid knowledge of motors and drives.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
