Job Title: Crisis Management Specialist

Experience Required:
3 - 5 years' experience in Crisis Management within the IT industry.

Proven track record in managing updates to processes and/or default procedures in a crisis context.

Demonstrated ability to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness under crisis conditions.

Experience in serving as a point of escalation during crisis situations.

Proficiency in monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of crisis management processes.

Previous responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification requirements (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO, Security).

Experience in governance of crisis response teams and out-of-band process management.

Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth understanding of regulatory and certification standards such as SOX, SOC2, ISO, and IT security protocols.

Excellent communication skills for the relay of process information or changes to ensure awareness and adoption.

Ability to define and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for crisis management processes and make improvements.

Skills in establishing and maintaining an ongoing Process Improvement Plan for crisis management.

Capability to ensure the planning and execution of annual rehearsal of the crisis management process.

Experience in reviewing process compliance and results from audit activities to ensure that policies and standards are being met.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and manage updates to crisis management processes.

Seek opportunities to enhance and improve process efficiency and effectiveness during crises.

Act as a point of escalation and monitor the effectiveness of crisis management activities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/certification requirements.

Oversee crisis management processes according to documented procedures.

Govern crisis response teams effectively, including managing out-of-band team actions.
