As a Staff Accountant II at CFOshare, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team comprising 3-4 accountants, collaborating closely to assist a diverse range of clients with month-end closing procedures and bookkeeping refinements. Under the guidance of a Controller or Accounting Manager, you will be entrusted with greater responsibilities, including the execution of precise accounting tasks and the acquisition of advanced skills. You will be expected to demonstrate self-reliance and autonomy in executing job responsibilities, consistently delivering results with mínimal supervision and possess the ability to perform effectively. But these challenges are not without bounds - no more than 40 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a portfolio of clients to manage their books, demonstrating advanced organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Produce accurate and insightful financial reports tailored to each client's requirements, utilizing refined documentation practices and process improvements to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and recommendations, leveraging company knowledge and experience to provide strategic insights for optimizing client accounting strategies.
- Efficiently execute month-end closing tasks with mínimal supervision, showcasing enhanced proficiency and confidence in handling intricate accounting procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish while effectively managing time and priorities.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, proactively coordinating efforts to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality standards to safeguard sensitive client information and uphold the trust and confidentiality of client relationships.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and loyalty while serving as a reliable point of contact for accounting matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years working hands on in an accounting roll, preferably with USA businesses.
- At least 1 year at CFO Share as a Staff Accountant I
- Full Professional Proficiency in English - all communications will be in English.
- Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing, and reading.
- Working knowledge in GAAP and IFRS
- Hands-on experience with a mainstream accounting system, preferably QuickBooks Online
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer privacy and service.
- Ability to understand high-level accounting components but also to dig into the details at the transaction level
