**Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Develop, analyze, and deliver materials to the Corporate Team daily/weekly.
- Coordinate Revenue Management Processes for multiple hotels, including project work for Senior Leadership Team.
- Generate reports condensing complex Industry Data into presentable formats for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Assist in daily monitoring and maintenance of major RMS across Hotel Brands, with a focus on Marriott & Hilton, including OYv2 & GRO.
- Collaborate with the Senior Team to interpret data and assist in strategy discussions to identify revenue generating opportunities.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue management or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient English skills, both written and verbal. (Level B1 +)
- Proficient in Major Brand & Industry analytics, including Travelclick, Lighthouse & STR reporting.
- ** Certified and fluent in Major Brand RMS, particularly Marriott & Hilton systems such as OYv2, GRO, Cognos, R&I, MRDW, HPP, and related systems.**:
- Excel exp ert with the ability to standardize Industry reports into presentable data for property leadership teams and ownership presentations.
- Strong organizational & communication experience, assisting the Corporate & Senior Revenue Director in implementing strategies determined by leadership across RMS systems.
- Extensive experience in analyzing industry data to facilitate strategy discussions with Senior Leadership, identifying revenue growth opportunities across multiple markets.
