**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain expertise on Ex Machina and drive the global adoption of Ex Machina
- Collaborate closely with the Ex Machina product team to help resolve bugs, drive continuous product improvement, and communicate customer feedback and needs
- Deliver data science and machine learning solutions across customers
- Facilitate customer workshops to identify Ex Machina use cases that drive business value, and translate those use cases into technical requirements
- Help create customer success materials (such as job aids, templates, learning materials, etc.)
- Help customers scope their data science initiatives and implement their projects
- Work with customers to build trusted advisor relationships

**Qualifications**:
Analytics
- Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or data-driven technical fields. Masters strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills
- Experience using analytics products such as Alteryx, SPSS, Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Exposure to big data (Spark ) and cloud-based technologies (AWS, Databricks ) commonly used in data science operations
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Strong data manipulation and visualization skills
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics

Consulting
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management or technical consulting, preferably with demonstrating software products and hosting technical deep dives
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience managing technical projects, defining goals, creating project plans, tracking progress, and presenting results
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical insights into business value
- Superior organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
