**Job Summary**

The Infra Ops Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing infrastructure operations within the organization. With a focus on RBAC Set-up JMX Confluent Kafka Kafka Connect and Kafka Admin the specialist will ensure seamless integration and functionality of these systems. The role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts providing flexibility and work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize infrastructure operations to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
- Implement RBAC Set-up to enhance security and access control within the infrastructure.
- Utilize JMX for monitoring and managing system performance effectively.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Confluent Kafka to ensure reliable data streaming.
- Configure Kafka Connect to facilitate data integration across various platforms.
- Administer Kafka to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure operations with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kafka and associated technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on infrastructure-related queries.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure management to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in RBAC Set-up ensuring secure access control.
- Demonstrate proficiency in JMX for effective system monitoring.
- Have extensive experience with Confluent Kafka for reliable data streaming.
- Show capability in configuring Kafka Connect for seamless data integration.
- Exhibit skills in Kafka administration to maintain system stability.
- Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure operations.
- Preferably have up to 12 years of experience in relevant technical roles.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Kafka Administrator Certified RBAC Specialist
