We are currently searching for a **Senior Project Manager**:
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing and supporting project management efforts focused on the**Markets domain (Front Office is Mandatory**); coordinates, monitors, and manages different initiatives.
- ** Position Duties **and **Responsibilities.**:

- ** Advises **executive management of **recommended changes **and/or **improvements.**:

- ** Manages**/**leads projects **involving multiple stakeholders and drives the formulation of business processes and requirements.
- ** Monitor key **milestones and outcomes of responsible projects in the program throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Provides **timely **and **accurate** **information **and **status updates **to **functional leaders.**

**Requirements**:

- Oversees and may contribute to the development of project definition and scope at the project level.
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage resources, set scope, time scales, and deliverables, recognize changing requirements, and address program/project impact.
- ** Proficient **with **Project **and **Portfolio Management Tools**.** (SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)**:

- Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools** (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)**:

- Advanced understanding of Front office systems.
- Experience Capital Markets** (mandatory)**

Develops presentations**, dashboards, reports and other team and executive level project communications and documentation
- ** Bachelor’s Degree **or **equivalent experience**:

- ** 8-10 years of experience**; extensive knowledge of **project management **and **advanced leadership skills**:

- Ability to scope out and develop work plan and resource requirements and risks associated with activities

**Languages**
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
