Team Overview:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to focus on national and international food industry brands. The Key Account Manager will work closely with the business strategy team to reach the growth potential and maximize the coverage of key accounts. In long term plan, this person needs to interact with the senior group of clients to support their business growth based on our sales activities and promotion strategic tools. An outstanding performance will be a promising foundation as a future KA Lead crossing the country/region.

Role Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of key restaurant accounts with the goal of increasing sales volume, revenue, and profitability through strategic planning supported by data analysis.
- Retaining and managing key business partners by supporting their revenue growth.
- Maintaining regular contact with partners to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Maximizing the potential of the brands within your portfolio.
- Planning, reviewing, adapting, and executing the annual, quarterly, and monthly plans in collaboration with the strategy team to align with brand and platform promotions and sales activities.
- Providing insightful, constructive solutions to drive the growth of key accounts.
- Leading and coaching a team of junior key account specialists.
- Negotiating and creating promotions and campaigns with top restaurant chains, collaborating with the marketing team and other departments in development and execution.
- Implementing and tracking metrics to assess the success and quality of the restaurants.

Role Qualifications:

- English language, business fluency.
- Strong negotiation skills to have win-win collaboration with stakeholders.
- Possess a strong commercial background with the focus on account management. Solid KA resource and connections in the industry is a plus.
- Has strong strategic & analytical skills with experience influencing and making decisions based on data
- Social versatility. Adapts to different cultures and organizational levels.
