Metrology Engineer

- Operate and program CMM for current and new products.
- Perform dimensional inspections of components and assemblies using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Develop and maintain calibration schedules for all measurement equipment.
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product compliance and resolve dimensional issues.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
- Train technicians in CMM measurements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in measurement systems and processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree:

- Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in metrology in the Automotive Industry
- Knowledge
- Proficient in **CMM programming** (preferably PC-DMIS or Calypso).
- Strong knowledge of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)**, blueprint reading and stack-up analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 and calibration standards.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
